-All purchases made through Paypal are immediately processed (there is no authorization hold until item is ship). Some companies do not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. However, we charge your credit card before your item is shipped.
-All purchases that are not made through Paypal will be authorized and item will be shipped before your credit card is charged in most cases.
-All items purchased over the weekend/weekdays will be fulfilled 3-5 business days after payment has been cleared (unless other wise stated in the product description). We ask that you please allow 5 business days to ship your order before emailing us concerning your shipment-although we ship most of our orders by the 3rd business day.
-When items are purchased over the weekend, we fulfill items based on its order of purchase;
-This process can result in items becoming unavailable or out of stock;
-If the item(s) is out of stock, you will be notified by our Shipping Department. We reserve the right to substitute your item with equal quality, and/or likeness of product ordered. In addition, you have 4 options: refund, replacement, exchange of equal value or wait for the item to be restock (which can take up to 3 months or longer)

Due to the fact that human errors occur, WPABS: Desired Shopping reserve the right not to honor prices that were printed incorrectly. You will be notified by email or telephone if this occurs. You will be given the correct price by one of our Customer Service Associates. You may choose to purchase the item at that time.

All INTERNATIONAL orders or shipped within 10-15 business days after payment is received (unless other wise stated in the product description).
Your Shipping Charges: Shipping rates are determined by:
1. the weight and size of your items
2. the number of packages required to send them to you
3. the delivery zip code

You will see the exact UPS or USPS shipping amount for your order before you check out. You can see your shipping charges in the cart and it will automatically update as you add items if you have entered your zip

Refund & Exchange Policy:
No Hassle 30-Days Money-Back Guarantee: WPABS return policy is simple. We guarantee your satisfaction with all WPABS merchandise. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return it. We will gladly refund the purchase price, exchange it for the same item, or credit the amount against the purchase of another item. After 30 days there will be a 50% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. All we request is notification upon receipt of goods.
Non-defective merchandise must be returned in 100% saleable conditions to qualify for a refund. You will receive a refund minus the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-defective items of exchange. This means that if you order the incorrect size, color etc. you will be responsible for both returning and what it cost to ship the exchange back to you.
How to Return an Item: Please email us at return@wpabs.com attention Return or call (800) 928-0177 ext.229 and tell us:
1. your invoice number and date you received your shipment.
2. the reason for the return.
3. which action you'd like us to take: refund, replacement, or exchange.
We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our warehouse can only receive and process shipments with a return number on the outside of the package.

UPS and USPS Priority Mail is our preferred carriers for sending back returns because they provide shipping insurance and tracking services. Please remember that WPABS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Crediting Your Refund: Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a credit to the credit card the purchase was made from. If you paid for your merchandise by check, please allow two weeks for refund check to be processed.
